Internet self-help interventions

CCI workbook

You can freely download a cognitive behavioural workbook for perfectionism and associated information sheets from the Centre for Clinical Interventions (CCI) website here

AI booklet

We have co-designed a brief, self-help version of the treatment with young people with example prompts that can be used in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools like ChatGPT to help guide answers about changing perfectionism.  The treatment can be downloaded here.
